Q: Why should I hire a professional money manager?
A:
While Upgrading is an approach investors may implement themselves within their portfolios, you may decide you do not have the time, skill or interest to manage your assets yourself. You may find it difficult to act on your investment decisions, even when you know what to do, whereas a professional money manager will execute a disciplined investment strategy. Or you may seek the peace of mind of knowing someone is watching your portfolio even when you are sick or on vacation.

Q: Is there a minimum account balance to open an account with DAL?
A:
Yes. Our minimum account balance is $5,000,000 which can be met with a single account, or with up to three accounts.

Q: Does DAL receive a commission on any of my investments or trading activity?
A:
No. DAL is compensated only by our clients and receives no commissions of any kind.

Q: How often do I receive statements?
A:
You will receive monthly statements from your chosen custodial brokerage firm which will show the trading activity that has occurred in your account. You will receive a detailed quarterly report from DAL.

Q: Can I withdraw money from my account at any time?
A:
Yes. All funds are held in your name at your chosen custodian. You can make deposits and withdrawals at any time.

Q: How will the billing for your service be handled?
A:
Management fees are based on a current valuation of assets at the end of each quarter. For your convenience, the fee is normally debited from your account each quarter.

A:
